Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. You can expect an email within 48 hours to confirm your order and to let you know your options for pickup or delivery date and time!

GIFT VOUCHERS - Gift vouchers will be emailed. If the voucher is purchased as a gift please fill in the recipients email address and name (optional) and the date you would like the voucher to be sent. An optional message can also be entered. The voucher will be emailed after purchase is finalised, according to the details provided.

STORE PICKUP - Orders can be collected from 262 Glenferrie Rd, Malvern Vic 3144

Orders will be ready next business day for pick up.
Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, between 10.00am and 5.00pm or on Saturday between 10.00 and 2.00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Free local delivery is available for Melbourne Metropolitan area.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with details of the delivery date and time.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using our own staff or a delivery contractor.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer free standard delivery within Metropolitan Melbourne. 
Estimated delivery time is within 2 to 5 business days.

Express Shipping - 1 to 2 business days is available for $80.00.

INTERSTATE AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer interstate or international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns for full price items up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our returns policy for full details

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jason@malvernframinggallery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
